Paul Silaghi
President
Paul oversees Motley Crew's community initiatives and leads the executive board. He is a senior majoring in Biology. He enjoys playing the piano, traveling to new places, and spending time with family and friends. His favorite part of Motley Crew is spreading smiles at our partner facilities!
Victor Jia
Vice President - Internal
Victor is the main contact person for members of Motley Crew and keeps them up to date on all information via weekly emails and announcements. He is a senior studying Biology, Health, and Society. In his free time, he likes to paint and watch movies. His favorite part about Motley Crew is getting to go off campus to help various diverse communities!
Esha Bingi
Vice President - External
​Esha is the contact for the facilities that we partner with for all of our volunteering events. She is a senior majoring in Biology, Health, and Society and minoring in Gender and Health. She loves to read, do puzzles, and watch tv. Her favorite part of Motley Crew is bonding with members at our volunteer events and getting to hang out with the kids!
Emma Wachler
Event Planning Chair
Emma helps plan the themes and activities for events and relays these ideas to our partner facilities. She is a senior studying Psychology. She enjoy traveling, spending time on the water, hanging out with family and friends, and running. Her favorite thing about Motley Crew is being able to share positive moments with the kids and their families.
Josh Efros
Financial Chair
Josh helps raise money and handles the Motley Crew budget and member dues. He is a senior studying Economics and minoring in Entrepreneurship. He loves to play basketball, play video games, and spend time with family and friends. His favorite part about being in Motley Crew is volunteering with others to make a positive impact in the community!

Jocelyn Valenzuela
Fundraising Chair
Jocelyn organizes fundraisers for Motley Crew in addition to placing orders for T-shirts for members. She is a senior studying Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and biking. In the winter months, she reads and watches movies with friends. Her favorite part of Motley Crew is having fun spending time with both the kids we work with and other Motley Crew members.
Maria Nona
Logistics Chair
​Maria plans social events in order to foster closer relationships among members. She is a junior majoring in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience. One of her favorite pastimes is cooking and baking with her roommates. She says, " Making the kids we work with smile is the best part of volunteering with Motley Crew."
Ashley Shank
Social Media and Advertising Chair
Ashley is responsible for creating graphic designs, social media posts, and visuals for the club. She is a junior studying Neuroscience with a minor in Women's Gender and Health. She enjoys cooking, reading, and getting outdoors. Her favorite thing about Motley Crew is getting to dress up for our Halloween trunk-or-treats.
